<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>

<p>250-300 g stafide, 2 kg zahar, 6 l apa, 3 lamii, 10 g drojdie de bere<br />
(facultativ).<br />

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>

<p>Stafidele se trec prin masina de tocat si se pun intr-o damigeana de 10<br />
l.Zaharul se dizolva in 3 l apa, se adauga sucul de la o lamiie si se<br />
lasa sa fiarba 10 minute;apoi se raceste cu restul de apa si se toarna<br />
peste stafide, impreuna cu zeama de la celelalte lamii (cca 100 ml suc)<br />
si coaja intreaga de la o lamiie (ca sa capete gust putin<br />
amarui).Drojdia se freaca cu o lingurita de zahar, pina ce se<br />
lichefiaza , apoi se dilueaza cu putina apa si se adauga in<br />
damigeana.Se poate lasa sa fermenteze mai incet, numai cu drojdiile<br />
salbatice din aer si de pe smochine, ca sa nu capete gust de<br />
dospit.Damigeana se astupa cu dop de fermentatie si se lasa la<br />
temperatura camerei (18-20 grade celsius), ca vinul sa fermenteze 5-6<br />
saptamini, agitindu-l odata zilnic.Dupa ce s-a limpezit bine, se trage<br />
in sticle.Sticlele se astupa cu dopuri si se pastreaza la rece.Peste<br />
drojdia de vin ramasa se pot pune 6 l apa, 2 kg de zahar si zeama de la<br />
2-3 lamii (zaharul se fierbe 10 minute impreuna cu jumatate din<br />
cantitatea de apa si cu zeama de la o lamiie, apoi se amesteca cu<br />
restul de apa rece si cu zeama celorlalte lamii).Vinul se lasa sa<br />
fermenteze 2-3 saptamini, agitindu-l odata zilnic, pina cind se<br />
limpezeste bine, apoi se trage in sticle, sau vinul din seria I se<br />
amesteca cu cel din seria II, pentru a se obtine un vin de calitate mai<br />
buna, cu mult alcool.<br />

<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4 kg gutui, 1 kg zahar, cca 4 l apa, 1/2 baton vanilie sau vanilina</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Gutuile se spala si se curata de coaja, se taie in sferturi si li se scoate<br />
mijlocul tare si pietros. Din coji si din partea din mijloc cu simburi se<br />
prepara peltea. Restul se taie in felii de 1 1/2 cm grosime. Siropul se fierbe<br />
cu vanilia si cind da in clocot,se adauga feliile de gutui, cite incap, ca sa<br />
fie bine cuprinse de sirop.Se lasa sa fiarba circa 10 minute, in clocote<br />
mici,acoperite,pina se inmoaie putin,apoi se scot cu spumiera sau cu<br />
strecuratoarea si se pun intr-o cratita. Se continua cu ceelalte la fel. Se<br />
aseaza in borcane si se toarna siropul caldut peste ele. Borcanele se leaga si<br />
se sterilizeaza.</p>

<p>Se pune apa la fiert si o lingura de sare in ea. Ceapa marunt taiata de caleste in putin ulei de masline, apoi se adauga ciupercile feliate pt 5-7min dupa care se pune smantana. Se adauga cubul Knorr pana se topeste, se lasa sa fiarba totul un pic si la sfarsit adaugati putin busuioc.</p>

<p>Regimul alimentar al bolnavilor care au pietre de natura urica va fi<br />
alcalinizant. Acesta va include proteine si grasimi (carne, oua, lapte,<br />
brinzeturi) in cantitate redusa si va fi mai bogat in glucide (paste<br />
fainoase, legume si fructe). Bauturile, de asemenea, vor fi alcalinizante,<br />
si anume sucuri de fructe, lapte degresat.</p>
<p>Carne si peste: carne de vaca, de gaina, peste de apa dulce (stiuca,<br />
pastrav, lin, crap), toate in cantitate redusa (100g la zi si numai<br />
fierte).</p>
<p>Lapte si produse lactate: lapte degresat, branza de vaci, urda, cas<br />
(nesarate).</p>
<p>Oua: 3-4 pe saptamina.</p>
<p>Piine: alba.</p>
<p>Fainoase: permise toate (paste fainoase, taitei de casa, gris, orez).</p>
<p>Legume: cele verzi, in supe, creme de legume, pireuri, fierte fara<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crusinul</p>
<p>Crusinul reprezinta coaja (scoarta) arbustului cu acelasi nume din<br />
familia Rhamnaceelor. Aceasta se recolteaza primavara de pe trunchiurile<br />
tinere si ramurile de peste trei ani ale arbustului, se usuca la 100<br />
grade dupa care poate fi utilizata. Continind pina la 5% derivati<br />
oximetilantrachinonici glicozidati sau liberi (alaturi de alte principii<br />
active, mai putin determinante ale efectelor farmacodinamice, cum sint<br />
unele mucilagii, ceruri, steroli, flavonoide s.a.), coaja de crusin are<br />
o actiune laxativa &#8211; in doze mai mici &#8211; si purgativa &#8211; in doze mai mari.</p>
<p>O prima forma de administrare uzuala este pulverea de crusin &#8211; cite un<br />
virf de cutit (cca jumatate gram) de 2-3 ori pe zi inainte de mese.<br />
Dintr-o lingura (5 g) pulvere de crusin decoctata cu jumatate litru apa<br />
timp de 30 minute, se obtine o fiertura, care trebuie lasata in repaus<br />
4-5 ore. Dupa filtrare, se indulceste usor. Seara, inainte de culcare,<br />
se bea un pahar pentru combaterea constipatiei cronice. In acelasi scop<br />
seara se pot lua 2 g extract fluid sau o lingura de tinctura (o parte<br />
pulvere crusin macerata in 5 parti alcool de 70 grade).</p>
<p>Avantajele actiunii crusinului fata de alte purgative constau in<br />
efectele de purgatie mai putin drastice, putind fi astfel administrat in<br />
atonii intestinale insotite de congestii hepatice, hemoragii etc, mai<br />
ales la convalescenti, batrini, femei gravide.</p>
