<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>zahar pudra (140g), migdale sau nuci (140g), faina (40g), albusuri (3),<br />
coaja rasa de lamaie.</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma tare, se adauga zaharul si se bate din nou tare de<br />
tot. Se adauga migdalele sau nucile tocate marunt, aroma si faina.<br />
Compozitia se pune intr-un cornet de hartie si se formeaza batonase lungi<br />
de circa 8 cm, pe o teva unsa cu unt. Se coc la foc potrivit, 10-15<br />
minute. Se scot din tava, se pun fierbinti pe facaletsau pe o sticla si se<br />
apasa usor ca sa ia forma de semicerc.</p>

continuare pina se intaresc din nou , apoi se pun galbenisurile, untul<br />
topit si frisca. Se bat de 4-5 ori apoi se pune toata faina, impreuna<br />
cu cacaua. Se coc in tava unsa bine cu margarina si tapetata cu faina<br />
cca 7-8 min.<br />

<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>3 albusuri, 450 g zahar tos, 450 g pulpa de caise, o lingura rom,</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Caisele, bine coapte, se curata de coaja si simburi si apoi se cintaresc (150 g<br />
caise si 150 g zahar tos pentru un albus); se presara cu jumatatea de zahar<br />
lasindule 1/2 h. Albusurile se bat spuma si se amesteca cu tot zaharul ramas si<br />
romul si se bate in continuare, pina cind se intareste din nou. Apoi se adauga<br />
fructele cu zaharul si se bat cu telul pina se intareste si nu cade de pe tel.<br />
Spuma se pune in pahare si seserveste rece.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Prajitura cu miere</p>
<p>â¢Foi: 30 g de unt, un ou, 3 linguri de lapte, 3 lingurite de miere, 100<br />
g de zahar, o lingurita rasa cu bicarbonat, vanilie sau lamaie, 350 g<br />
de faina.<br />
â¢Se fierb in baie de abur untul, laptele, mierea, vanilia<br />
(lamaia-zeama) si zaharul, pana se ingroasa. Se iau de pe abur si se<br />
adauga faina. Aluatul rezultat se bate pe planseta, se imparte in 4 si<br />
se coc foile pe dosul tavii uns.<br />
â¢Crema: 100 g de unt, 100 g de zahar pudra, 150 g de lapte, 2 linguri<br />
de calciu gris, esenta de zmeura, marmelada.<br />
â¢Untul se freaca cu zaharul pudra. Calciu grisul se fierbe in lapte.<br />
Cand s-a racit, se amesteca cu untul spuma. Jumatate din crema se<br />
coloreaza cu esenta de zmeura. Intre primele doua foi se pune crema<br />
alba; intre foile 2 si 3 marmelada si intre foile 3 si 4 crema colorata<br />
cu esenta de zmeura.</p>

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Cu o lingura de lemn se amesteca untul cu faina, zaharul si mirodeniile,<br />
cat mai repede ca sa nu se incalzeasca untul. La sfarsit se framanta putin<br />
cu mana. Daca aluatul nu este suficient de tare se da la rece. Se intinde<br />
apoi o foaie groasa de 7 mm si se taie diferite forme. Se ung cu albus<br />
batut si se presara deasupra nuci tocate si zahar tos. Pentru un aspect<br />
mai placut, nucile se pot da prin putin colorant alimentar, rosu sau verde<br />
(nu prea pronuntat). Se coc pe tava presarata cu faina, la foc potrivit,<br />
10-15 minute, sa nu se rumeneasca.</p>
