<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>zahar pudra (400g), oua (6), unt (100g), faina (325g), smintina (200g),<br />
praf de copt (1 pachet), bicarbonat (1 varf de cutit), coaja de lamiie,<br />
zahar vanilat (1 pachet).</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Se freaca spuma untul cu zaharul. Se adauga pe rand galbenusurile,<br />
amestecand bine dupa fiecare si faina care a fost amestecata cu praful de<br />
copt si cernuta de 2-3 ori. Se adauga apoi bicarbonatul, amestecat cu<br />
smantana, aromele si la sfarsit se incorporeaza usor albusurile facute<br />
spuma. Se toarna compozitia in forma unsa cu unt si presarata cu faina. Se<br />
coace in cuptor, la foc potrivit, aproximativ 40 minute si 10-15 minute la<br />
foc mic.</p>
