<p>Aluatul:300 g faina, 200 g unt, 100 g zahar pudra, 2 galbenusuri, un<br />
virf de cutit sare.Pentru pudrat: 100 g zahar pudra, un plic cu zahar<br />

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>

<p>Intr-un castron, se freaca untul moale cu zaharul si sarea, se adauga<br />
pe rind, galbenusurile, amestecind dupa fiecare, si, la urma,<br />
faina.Aluatul se amesteca cu mina, fara sa se framinte, apoi se lasa la<br />
rece, 30 minute, ca sa se intareasca grasimea; astfel, nu va fi nevoie<br />
de prea multa faina la prelucrare.Se ia din aluat cite o bucata , cam<br />
cit un ou, se modeleaza in forma de sul cu diametrul de cca 2 cm care,<br />
apoi, se taie bucati de 2 cm.Fiecare bucata se suceste sub palma, pe<br />
masa, in asa fel, incit sa aiba capetele mai subtiri si mijlocul mai<br />
gros, si se asaza in tava, sub forma de cornulet (putin curbat).Se coc<br />
la foc mijlociu, 20 minute (foarte putin rumenite)Reci sau calde,<br />
cornuletele se trec bine prin zahar vanilat.Cind sint calde, zaharul<br />
adera mai bine.<br />

<p>250 g faina, 125 g margarina, 100 g iaurt, 25 g drojdie, 25 g zahar,<br />
marmelada, zahar pudra, un plic cu zahar vanilat.<br />

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>

<p>Intr-un lighenas, drojdia se freaca cu zaharul pina se lichefiaza, apoi<br />
se adauga untdelemnul, sarea, borsul, coaja de lamiie si, la sfirsit,<br />
faina.Dupa ce se framinta bine cu mina, 6-7 minute, aluatul se lasa,<br />
intr-un loc caldut, sa creasca cca 30 minute, pina ce isi dubleaza<br />
volumul.Se pune, apoi, pe o foaie de naylon, presarata cu putina faina<br />
si se modeleaza in forma de sul mai gros, care se taie in 6 bucati<br />
egale; fiecare bucata se modeleaza in forma de minge.Aluatul este<br />
elastic, se lucreaza usor.Fiecare bucata se intinde, cu sucitorul, in<br />
forma rotunda, de marimea unei farfurii intinse; aceasta se taie cu<br />
ruleta sau cu cutitul, trecut prin faia , in jumatate, apoi in sferturi<br />
si fiecare sfert in trei triunghiuri; se obtin astfel 12 triunghiuri<br />
egale. La baza fiecarui triunghi se pune cite 1/2 lingurita cu<br />
marmelada mai virtoasa sau umplutura de nuca si apoi triunghiurile se<br />
ruleaza de la baza spre virf, obtinindu-se cornulete.Acestea se asaza<br />
in tava neunsa, cu distanta de 1 1/2 cm intre ele si se lasa sa creasca<br />
15 minute.Se coc la foc mijlociu, 20 &#8211; 25 minute, pina cind se rumenesc<br />
putin. Nu cresc prea mult, dar sint foarte fragede si gustoase.Se trec<br />
fierbinti prin zahar pudra, amestecat cu zahar vanilat.<br />

<p>Intr-un castron, untul se freaca pina cind se moaie, apoi se adauga<br />
cite o lingura de marmelada, amestecind de fiecare data, pina cind se<br />
incorporeaza bine. Daca nu se omogenizeaza compozitia, castronul se<br />
pune putin in apa fierbinte, avind grija sa nu se topeasca untul; la<br />
caldura castronului, prin frecare, untul se va incalzi, si se va<br />
amesteca bine cu marmelada.Se poate adauga zahar dupa gust, iar pentru<br />
aroma, un pachetel cu zahar vanilat.Crema se poate folosi pentru orice<br />
blat de tort cu foile siropate, pentru rulade stropite cu rom si apa,<br />
arlechin, foi cu miere etc.<br />

<p>Untul moale se freaca cu zaharul, galbenisurile, laptele si apoi cu<br />
faina care a fost amestecata cu nucile macinate, cacaua, si praful de<br />
copt. Compozitia se desarta intr-o tava de cca 30 cm unsa cu margarina<br />
solida si tapetata cu faina. Tava se introduce in cuptorun de se lasa<br />
cca 30 min. Dupa ce tava sa scos din cuptor prajitura se unge cu<br />
marmelada. Intr-un castron se bat albusurile spuma apoi se adauga<br />
zaharul tos si romul 8 -10 min insistind mereu pe fundul castronului<br />
pina ce aceasta se intareste si nu cade de pe tel. Se acopera bine cu<br />
un prosop si se lasa sa se raceasca.<br />

se pune cite un ochi.Se pot servi ca atare, sau asezate pe un soclu din<br />
piure de cartofi.Piureul se pune intr-un vas rezistent la foc uns putin<br />
cu grasime si tapetat cu faina sau pesmet, incare sa incapa cuiburile<br />
de parizer, unele linga altele.Se presara cu cascaval ras.Se dau la<br />
cuptor cu 6-7 minute inainte de servire.<br />

prajite impreuna. Se da forma unei clatita care se rumeneste usor pe<br />

<p>Intr-un castron, untul se freaca pina cind se moaie, apoi se adauga<br />
cite o lingura de marmelada, amestecind de fiecare data, pina cind se<br />
incorporeaza bine. Daca nu se omogenizeaza compozitia, castronul se<br />
pune putin in apa fierbinte, avind grija sa nu se topeasca untul; la<br />
caldura castronului, prin frecare, untul se va incalzi, si se va<br />
amesteca bine cu marmelada.Se poate adauga zahar dupa gust, iar pentru<br />
aroma, un pachetel cu zahar vanilat.Crema se poate folosi pentru orice<br />
blat de tort cu foile siropate, pentru rulade stropite cu rom si apa,<br />
arlechin, foi cu miere etc.<br />
