<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>

<p>400 g faina, 250 g unt, margarina sau untura, 120 ml apa, 15 ml zeama<br />
de lamiie, un ou, coaja rasa de lamiie, 1/2 lingurita de sare.<br />

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>__________________________________________________________________</p>
<p>Intr-un castron se pun 100 g grasime topita, apa rece, coaja si zeama<br />
de lamiie, oul intreg si la urma, 300 g faina. Mai intii se amesteca cu<br />
lingura, apoi se framinta 8-10 minute, cu mina. Aluatul se asaza pe<br />
masa sau pe o foaie de naylon, presarata cu faina. In acelasi castron<br />
se pune restul de grasime moale si de faina , care se amesteca pina<br />
cind se omogenizeaza, lasindu-l la cald. Aluatul se intinde in foaie<br />
dreptunghiulara cu grosimea de 3-4 mm, care se unge apoi cu grasimea si<br />
se impatureste ca la varianta II. Aluatul este suficient pentru 4<br />
rulouri coapte in tava de cca 38/26 cm si 3 rulouri, in tava mare.<br />

<p>Ouale, taiate cit mai marunt, se amesteca cu oul crud, franzela fara<br />
coaja, muiata bine in apa rece si stoarsa, smintina, ceapa taiata<br />
marunt si calita, un minut, in unt sau untdelemn, piperul, sarea, faina<br />
si patrunjelul se amesteca bine.Se ia cite o lingurita cu virf din<br />
compozitie si se formeaza crochete care, apoi, se trec bine prin faina<br />
si se prajesc.Se pastreaza calde pe un vas cu apa fierbinte.Se servesc<br />
cu soteuri calde de legume: morcovi, spanac, cartofi, mazare, etc.,sau<br />
cu mincare de legume fara carne, sau numai cu sosuri de rosii sau<br />
macris, piure de spanac etc., ca fel intii, sau ca fel doi,dupa supa<br />

<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p> 1/2 kg ciuperci, 100 g unt, margarina sau untdelemn, 50 g ceapa,<br />
marar, patrunjel, 1/2 lingurita de sare, un virf de cutit piper, 200 ml<br />
smintina, 150 g franzela, 300 ml lapte, 50 g faina, 4 oua mari sau 5 oua<br />
mijlocii, 100 g cascaval, brinza telemea</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p> Ceapa taiata marunt se caleste, 2 minute, in toata grasimea;<br />
se adauga ciupercile bine spalate si taiate in felii, sarea, piperul. Se lasa la<br />
foc mic, acoperite, pina cind scade complet apa ce o lasa ciupercile. Dupa ce<br />
s-au racit, se adauga franzela muiata in lapte (pina cind il absoarbe in<br />
intrgime) si, apoi, brinza rasa, bine zdrobita cu furculita, smintina,<br />
galbenusurile, faina, frunzele de patrunjel si marar taiate marunt si se<br />
amesteca bine. Daca nu s-a pus brinza telemea, se adauga 1/2 lingurita sare.<br />
Albusurile batute spuma se amesteca usor cu compozitia, numai prin rasturnare,<br />
cu telul, insa nu prea mult, apoi se desarta intr-o cratita de 2 l, unsa bine cu<br />
margarina solida si tapetata cu pesmet. Se coace in tava cu apa fierbinte,<br />
introdusa din timp in cuptorul bine infierbintat. Dupa ce s-a rumenit bine timp<br />
de 40-50 minute, se rastorna pe platou si se presara cu parmezan. Se serveste<br />
fierbinte.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SPAGHETTI CU SOS DE ROSII SI CIUPERCI</p>
<p>Timp de preparare: cca 1/2 ora.<br />
Cca 270 kcal/portii.<br />
Se consuma cu salata mixta.</p>
<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>250 g ciuperci champignons, mici<br />
1 ceapa<br />
3 l.s. unt<br />
5-6 l.s. frunze de patrunjel, taiate marunt<br />
500 g rosii taiate bucati (din conserva)<br />
sare<br />
piper negru macinat<br />
putin zahar<br />
400 g spaghetti<br />
3 l.s. parmezan proaspat ras</p>
<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>1. Ciupercile se taie in fasii inguste. Ceapa se curata si se taie in cuburi.<br />
Ceapa, ciupercile si patrunjelul se calesc in 1+1/2 lingura de unt aproximativ 5<br />
minute.<br />
2. Se adauga rosiile, se condimenteaza totul cu sare, piper si zahar. Sosul se<br />
lasa 1/4 ora sa fiarba sub capac.<br />
3. In acest timp se fierb spaghetti 10-12 minute, apoi se lasa sa se scurga, se<br />
amesteca cu restul de unt si in final cu sos. Inainte de servire se presara cu<br />
parmezan.<br />
