Mixing instructions:
It is best to use a large cooler with a spout. The amount of Vodka and Gin you
use depends on the size of your cooler. Add the ingredients to your prefered
taste.

    Ingrediente:

    crap (750 g), cepe (2-3), rosii (2-3), vin alb (1 pahar), patrunjel,
    untdelemn (2 linguri), dafin.

    Mod de preparare:

    Pestele taiat bucati se pune intr-o tava cu untdelemn, ceapa taiata
    marunt, foi de dafin, verdeata, piper, 2-3 rosii curatate de pielita si un
    pahar de vin si se da la cuptor. Se poate servi rece sau cald.

    VIN DE COACAZE NEGRE

    Ingrediente:

    1 l suc de coacaze, 2 l apa, 1 kg zahar, o lamiie mare.

    Mod de preparare:

    Coacazele curatate, spalate si zdrobite se amesteca cu apa, apoi, dupa
    2-3 zile se strecoara.Zaharul se dizolva in apa, apoi se pune zeama de
    lamiie; siropul se fierbe 10 minute, ca sa se transforme in zaharuri
    mai simple (glucoza si levuloza), care vor fermenta mai repede.Dupa ce
    s-a racit, se amesteca cu sucul de coacaze, apoi se toarna in damigene
    (sau butoias) care se vor astupa cu dop de fermentatie, ca si in reteta
    precedenta.Dupa 4-6 saptamini, vinul se trage in sticle care, apoi, se
    astupa cu dopuri si se pastreaza intr-un loc racoros.Coacazele negre
    contin o mai mare cantitate de vitamina C; este un vin tonic.
