1 1/2 oz Light rum
juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp Powdered sugar

    Pirogi

    Ingrediente:

    faina (350 g), oua (1), prune (500 g), unt (50 g), zahar pudra (1 ceasca),
    sare, zahar (1 lingurita), apa calda (4-6 linguri).

    Mod de preparare:

    Se face un aluat din faina, ou, 1 lingurita de zahar, apa si se intinde o
    foaie de cca 1/2 cm grosime. Se taie rotunduri cu ajutorul unui pahar de
    apa. Se spala prunele, se rup in doua, li se scot simburii si sint pudrate
    cu zahar. Pe fiecare rotund se aseaza cite o pruna, iar aceasta este
    acoperita cu un alt rotund, caruia i se apasa marginile ca sa se lipeasca
    bine. Intr-o oala mare cu apa clocotita si sarata se pun pirogii sa
    fiarba. Cind acestia se ridica la suprafata, se scot, se scurg, se pun pe
    un platou si se stropesc din abudent a cu unt topit, fierbinte si zahar
    pudra.

    Ingrediente:

    1 limeta intreaga (lamaie mica, dulce)
    5 cl rom alb (rom Barbados)
    1 cl sirop de zahar
    1 sprit Angostura cu gheata zdrobita
    frunze de menta

    Mod de preparare:

    Se curata limeta in forma de spirala, se taie fructul in doua si se taie
    jumatate. Intr-un pahar se toarna rom, sirop de zahar, zeama de lamaie si
    Angostura, se adauga gheata si se amesteca totul bine. Frunzele de menta se
    aseaza pe bautura si spirala de limela se fixeaza pe marginea paharului.

    Ingredienti:

    1 1/2
    once gin
    1 oncia creme de menthe verde
    1/2 oncia kummel
    1/2 oncia succo di limone
    alcuni spruzzi amaro all’arancia o alla pesca

    Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio tritato in uno shaker e
    versare in bicchieri da cocktail freddi.
