			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>TOCANA DE MIEL CU SMANTANA</p>
<p><strong> Ingrediente:</strong></p>

<p>300-500 g carne de miel, 50-80 ml untdelemn, cca. 80 g ceapa, 100 ml<br />
smantana, 25 g faina, lamiie, boia, marar, patrunjel sau tarhon taiat<br />
marunt, sare.<br />

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>__________________________________________________________________</p>
<p>Ceapa taiata marunt, se caleste in untdelemn, un minut, la foc mic; se<br />
adauga carnea taiata in bucati mai mici si se amesteca ca sa se<br />
prajeasca putin la suprafata; apoi se presara cu o lingurita rasa de<br />
sare si se pun 3-4 linguri cu apa. Carnea se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic,<br />
acoperita, adaugand cite putina apa cind scade lichidul, ca sa nu se<br />
arda ceapa si amestecand din cand in cand, pana se moaie bine. Cand<br />
carnea este bine fiarta se freaca faina cu circa 200 ml de apa rece,<br />
adaugata cate putin la inceput, ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase, apoi se<br />
toarna in sos, completind cu apa cit este necesar; se lasa sa fiarba<br />
citeva clocote si, daca este prea gros, se mai dilueaza cu putina apa.<br />
Dupa cateva clocote, cratita se ia de pe foc si mancarea se presara cu<br />
cate o lingurita cu varf din oricare verdeata. Se amesteca , cit este<br />
fierbinte, cu smintina batuta bine cu o lingura de apa rece, si se<br />
potriveste gustul cu sare si putina zeama sau sare de lamaie, sau cu<br />
cateva picaturi de otet. Pentru culoare, se incalzesc 1-2 linguri cu<br />
untdelemn in care s-a pus un varf de lingurita de boia dulce de ardei<br />
si, fara sa se infierbinte, se desarta peste mancarea cu care nu se mai<br />
amesteca. Tocana se serveste cu piure de cartofi sau cu garnitura de<br />
orez, sau cu mamaliguta calda.<br />

se mai adauga apa. Cind sint gata se adauga vegeta sau sares si piper<br />
dupa gust, marar si patrunjel amestecindu-se de citeva ori ca sa-si<br />
insusasca mai bine aroma, apoi se iau la oparte si se acresc dupa gust<br />
cu zeama de lamiie. Se servesc calde sau reci ca fel intii sau asociate<br />
cu piure de cartofi.<br />

<p>Se rad toate zarzavaturile pe o razatoare cu gaurile mari. Se adauga<br />
sarea, untdelemnul, otetul, se amesteca usor si se lasa 15-20 de minute ca<br />
sa intre bine in zarzavat.<br />
Se prepara in 20 de minute.</p>

intreg,condimentele, sarea si patrunjelul.Compozitia va fi moale.Se fac<br />
chiftele si se prajesc.Se servesc , imediat, calde cu cartofi prajiti,<br />
soteuri de legume sau cu alte garnituri, sau cu sos de rosii, picant,<br />

<p>Fasolea se fierbe, dupa ce a fiert se scurge apasi cit este fierbinte<br />
se zdrobeste bine cu zdrobitorul de piure, apoi se trece prin sita ca<br />
sa se obtina un piure fin. Acestase freaca cu furculita, adaugind<br />
uleiul in fir subtire. Se pune sare fina si se acreste, dupa gust cu<br />
zeama de lamiie, si cu o lingurita de mustar batind cu furculita pina<br />
se albeste si devine spumos; dupa aceea se pune o lingurita de ceapa<br />
rasa fin. Pentru a imita mai bine icrele adevarate, se pot adauga<br />
citeva sardele impreuna cu uleiul in care au fost conservate frecinduse<br />
pina cind se omogenizeaza compozitia. Se servesc ca fel intii.<br />

<p>1 can pineapple rings (14 oz)<br />
1 cup brown sugar<br />
1/2 cup butter</p>
<p>In a 10 pan melt brown sugar and butter. Remove from fire and place<br />
pineapple rings in single layer over sugar.<br />
Preheat oven at 350 F.</p>
<p>1 cup cream 35%<br />
2 eggs<br />
3/4 tsp almond extract<br />
1 1/2 cups flour<br />
1 cup sugar<br />
2 tsp baking powder<br />
1/8 tsp salt<br />
Candied cherries</p>
<p>Whip cream to firm peaks, with Mixmaster at speed 8.<br />
Increase speed to 10 and add eggs, one at a time, then almond extract.<br />
Reduce speed to 2 and add flour,sugar, baking powder and salt, which<br />
had been previously blended together.<br />
Pour over pineapple rings.<br />
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.<br />
When lukewarm place a serving dish over the pan and roll over quickly.<br />
Remove pan and serve either warm or at room temperature, with candied<br />
cherries placed in the eyes of pineapple rings.</p>

<p><strong> Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Aceasta salata este foarte bogata in vitamina C. Ea se face din ardei<br />
grasi rosii, folositi si pentru bulion. La 100 de ardei se intrebuinteaza<br />
1 l otet la 6 o, 1 l apa, sare, foi de dafin sau tarhon si putin zahar. Se<br />
pune totul pe foc, in afara de ardei. Cand otetul a inceput sa fiarba, se<br />
introduc si ardeii, care se lasa sa dea in clocot, apoi se scot si se pune<br />
la fiert un alt rand de ardei. Dupa ce s-au racorit, ardeii se toaca<br />
marunt si se trec prin masina de tocat si se introduc in sticle. Otetul se<br />
lasa sa dea un clocot-doua si se toarna apoi caldut peste ardeii tocati,<br />
pusi in sticle. Sticlele se leaga stans cu intestine de vita si se aseaza<br />
in baie de apa, pentru sterilizare. (sticle de 1/4 l &#8211; 15 min, sticle de<br />
1/2 l &#8211; 20 min, sticle de 1 l &#8211; 30 min).</p>

<p>â¢Blat: 300 g de zahar pudra, 10 linguri de apa, 4 galbenusuri, 4<br />
albusuri, 160 g de faina, 120 g de nuci macinate, un praf de copt.<br />
â¢Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul si apa, se adauga faina, nucile si<br />
praful de copt stins cu otet si apoi albusurile batute spuma. Se toarna<br />
intr-o tava unsa si tapetata cu faina. Se coace la foc mic. Cand s-a<br />
racit blatul, se taie in doua.<br />
â¢Crema: 150 g de nuci macinate, 140 g de zahar, 4-5 linguri de lapte,<br />
150 g de unt.<br />
â¢Laptele, zaharul si nucile se oparesc, apoi se freaca untul, se adauga<br />
o aroma (esenta, dupa gust) si se amesteca cu nucile oparite. Crema se<br />
pune intre cele doua parti ale blatului.<br />
â¢Glazura: 150 g de zahar, 2 linguri de cacao si 3 linguri de apa se<br />
fierb 5 minute si se iau de pe foc. Se adauga 100 g de unt si, calduta,<br />
se intinde peste prajitura.</p>
