LICHIOR DE VIN ROSU

Ingrediente:

1 l vin rosu aromat, 500 ml rom, 600-800 g zahar, vanilie.

Zaharul se dizolva in vin si se infierbinta fara sa fiarba in
clocote.Cind se ia de pe foc, se adauga zaharul vanilat si, cind s-a
racit, romul, amestecind bine.Se toarna in sticle care,apoi, se astupa
ermetic cu dop.Se poate consuma imediat.
