PASTETA DIN CARNE RASOL

Ingrediente:

300 g carne fiarta de vaca, vitel sau pasare 150 g franzela, 100 ml
lapte, 300-400 g zarzavat fiert (morcov, telina, patrunjel), 200 ml
smintina, 4 oua, o ceapa mare, 100 g unt, untdelemn, margarina, o
ligurita rasa de sare, condimente de pasteta, 50 g fa

Carnea fiarta se trece de doua ori prin masina de tocat, impreuna cu
franzela muiata in lapte si nestoarsa, zarzavatul, ceapa taiata marunt
si calita 2 minute in toata grasimea. La tocatura se adauga albusurile
batute spuma.
